We’re Glad You’re Here!

We’d like to introduce you to this close-knit family of Christ’s disciples which has been serving Him for 150 years as of 2023! The love of God operates richly among us here and we’d like to share it with you. We preach the Gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and we hold forth the Bible as God’s authoritative Word to us. We magnify the Lord with a mix of contemporary and traditional hymns.

Young At Heart Luncheon:
October 16!

The First Baptist Church hosts a monthly luncheon for senior adults of our church and our community.  It is held at noon in the Fellowship Hall, on the third Thursday of each month from September through May.

For over twenty years, the “Young-at-Heart” Luncheon has been prepared and served by members of our congregation.  You'll enjoy a delicious hot lunch along with an inspiring program and uplifting fellowship.  Cost is free-will donation. Young-at-Heart Programs vary from music performances and game days to guest speakers.

We’re normal people, just like you! When you arrive, you’ll see some people dressed casually and some dressed up. We have no dress code, so feel free to dress modestly in accordance with your style and wardrobe.
