Join Us In MissionsThe church's mission is set by Jesus Himself: to go into all the world and make disciples (Matthew 28:19). He has sent us to be His witnesses in our community, our country and our world (Acts 1:8). We want to extend the love of Jesus here in Greensburg, as well as support our missionaries in other places. On this page, we want to introduce you to the ministries and the missionaries we support. Our Missionaries

As part of the American Baptist Churches, USA, our church is excited to support a missionary family serving in the Dominican Republic and Haiti.
Our International Ministries Global Servants, Brian and Lynette Smith, serve among Haitians and Dominicans in partnership with Mission Maranatha Inc. to build sustainable ministries on the island of Hispaniola (the Dominican Republic and Haiti). Living in the Dominican Republic and drawing from their experiences in Haiti, they are working to build strong relationships with church and community leaders as they encourage existing ministries and seek creative ways to accomplish God’s vision alongside communities. Brian is using his developed skills in business management to teach budgeting and step-by-step goal achievement. Lynette utilizes her skills as a doula to accompany and listen to the stories of the community members. Both incorporate the basis of Asset Based Community Development to empower people to be wholistically well (mind, body, spirit) and reach out to others in ways that speak love, preserve dignity, and create unity as the body of Christ. |

Life-Way Pregnancy CenterThis ministry started in 1994 as an outreach to benefit newborns and their mothers to help in the care of their newborns. We started packing diaper bags then moved on to packing a complete layette by filling a baby dresser. Bibles, baby bottles, crib sheets, diapers, toiletries, a baby monitor and 75-100 other items are included in these dressers. We do this, primarily, by supporting Life-Way Pregnancy Center of Latrobe, PA, which distributes the dressers. We also fill baby bottles with change once a year to give to Life-Way monetarily.
